I was born in India but have lived in Malaysia for more than fifty years. While I have spent most of my working life writing – as a journalist and  a communications consultant – my venture into creative writing began fairly recently with stories for my grandchildren. This has developed into a family adventure of sorts – I write the story, my daughter Delphine illustrates it, and Alisha, my eldest grandchild, writes a poem for it. 

I wish I’d been born a wizard! I’m an unashamed fan of fantasy and magic. And I believe that if you want to find your soul, just lose yourself in the magic of nature.

When I’m not writing, you may find me chilling in a mountain lake in Australia’s Northern Territory, bear-watching in Slovenia, breathless over wild horses in Tibet, or basking in Bali.
